Trap Jaw is a member of Skeletor's Evil Warriors, serving as a cyborg weapons expert. He first appears during Skeletor's attack on Eternos, where he gravely injures Duncan, the Man-At-Arms. Later, when Adam, Teela, Duncan, and Roboto attempt to escape on Teela's ship, Trap Jaw blocks their path. Adam uses the Sword of Power to transform into He-Man and defeats Trap Jaw. In the climactic battle at Castle Grayskull, Duncan fights and kills Trap Jaw, avenging his earlier injury.

In Their Own Story

During Skeletor's assault on Eternos, Trap Jaw gravely wounds Duncan, the king's Man-At-Arms. Fifteen years later, after Adam reclaims the Sword of Power and returns to Eternia, he and his allies attempt to flee on Teela's ship. Trap Jaw stands in their path, but Adam uses the sword to summon the power of Grayskull, transforming into a heroic warrior and defeating Trap Jaw. In the final battle at Castle Grayskull, Duncan fights and kills Trap Jaw.
